Rewards & Recognition

Rewards and recognition are a key component in CCS human resource framework as it helps to motivate our staff and give them the confidence to perform at high standards while giving due recognition for employees’ contribution at work and their individual achievements. 
BRAVO recognition program is one of our key reward programs which recognises superior performance and personal value of individuals within our team while our staff members who have served for more than 25 years are also recognised through a special reward. 
Our ‘Towards Excellence’ program is designed at recognising and honouring teams that have actively participated in reducing the operation cost within our organisation.

    Launched under CCS’s initiative to conduct a series of cost-saving programs in collaboration with various teams within our manufacturing and management structure, the Towards Excellence program has been able to significantly reduce the cost, saving LKR 112 million in the financial year of 2018.
    As a token of appreciation, an award ceremony was held at Waters Edge with the participation of the Leadership Team. Winners were recognized under the categories of best productivity improvement, best technical improvement and best sustainability project and they have been offered with Bangkok tours and Cinnamon hotel vacations.
